Dear Joana

Joana,
 Are you okay?
     I hope so! Instead of chocolate, you could eat protein bars. They give many proteins and are delicious. They have nutrients. They have fiber. If you eat fiber, will be able to remove grease. Don´t eat Mc Donalds, you can eat salad instead. You can put tomatoes, onions, lettuce, beets, carrots and others. If you eat salad, will contribute to weight loss. If you eat lettuce, you will have vitamin K, essential for blood clotting. If you have free time, you could do exercises or play sports, for example, swim, go to the gym, run, cycle and others. If you swim, you will work your heart and respiratory system. If you go to the gym, you will have a beautiful body. If you run, you will prevent diseases. And try to go for a walk with your friends. It is healthy. Instead of soda, you could drink juice or coconut water.
 Most importantly, you should maintain this diet forever. And you should not forget to do exercise. Hope this helps you. If you have time, you could visit my office.
